Odd Glitchy Players When Parties Enabled

Attached is a video of the behavior. This happened in another save too and only happens when the game has parties enabled. Once i disable the party feature, the glitchy models stop.

Pausing the game makes the glitchy players disappear, as does moving the camera in certain directions. I cannot click on the players at all.

And even better video of the glitch. It might be some interplay between parties and flight paths?
