Holding and dragging any arrows in this window makes your cursor invisible and completely blocks it. Closing the window (with ESC) doesn't help, after that all one can do is alt-f4 from the game. All other sliders in other windows (e.g. skill edit menu) work fine.
Additionally, numbers in this window can't be changed by entering from a keyboard, so the only way to change these is clicking the arrows.

Think I've found it!
Weirdly, it was the same bug as the "showing wrong character slots" bug fixed yesterday, just in the logic for a different window. Maybe shows a weakness in the architecture for this part of the UI and I should probably patch it to make this mistake harder to make (or harder for me to miss when it happens!)
