#Allow for all abbility effect combinations

Currently if you choose an effect for an ability, certain other effects will be removed from being able to be chosen, not really sure why this is? :S You cant for example have a skill do 2 different damage over time effects, I think unless its due to bugs and stuff there's no upside to handicapping choice? 💙

Removed effects are basically the opposite to the added effects as it changes the same counter (so a DoT will disable an HoT). Also over time effects don't even stack currently, they override each other.

Well it removes the same one twice and theres nothing wrong with a DoT and then HoT 🙂 idk, imo no reason to limit creativity and such
