I'll be making a concept on how the stage it should work like. Time limit 5-10 mins (no elite ver or could be lot harder)
1st Phase (Neo Metal Sonic):
- Fast paced attacker (50-100 rings after attack landed)
- Speedful menace
- By adding his feat of Bio data copying, he gets all the debuffs that is currently in the game and to make up more, he gets a counterattack animation to respond any upcoming homing attacks from players. (Can be animated with Chaos Control time stop)
Items for stage: multi red star capsules, red star capsules, chest that contain rings, speed booster and shield.
1st Stage looks: on a ship from Sonic Heroes originally but we have limited space and we can get hit off the ship and lose more rings.
2nd Phase (Metal Overlord):
- Gimmick of this boss stage: Top 3 will be the only ones to attack and others will be supporting by shooting with cannons items, rings to Top 3 allies and attacking Metal Overlord to weaken it (although, supporters will get more score, the more they give, they can be top 3 or top 1 by just aiding the 1st Phase Top 3 players)
- Slower menace but tankier.
- Attacks will be dealing heavy damage and bigger AoEs. (100-200 Rings)
- Critical state must activate after landing a cannon to the weakpoint that is damaged frequently by the Top 3 players. (Or alternative is after enough hits by top 3 players or synergized attack)
Items: rings, shield, speed booster, red star + blue stars.
2nd Stage: for Top 3 players, it's a seemingly limitless space to run for in the air with thundering clouds from Sonic Heroes and non top 3 players are in the ship with their cannons and items mentioned before to aid top 3s.
