This achievement doesn't seem to activate properly upon linking to another instance of the game like Steam to mobile. Unless I am misunderstanding it? Have others confirm it not unlocking upon linking mobile to Steam.

I have already linked my account to all the platforms, I still cannot unlock this achievement.
