You probably missed at least 1 skin that's no longer in the shop, or was locked to the pass. Well, just like Pirate Shadow and Sonic once before, these could turn into skin piece characters to be obtained after their period is gone.
How would this work?
- Replace the current Pirate Sonic skin piece option with a Previous Skin one. So, you buy 2 pieces for a random skin that expired recently (i.e: Campsite Knuckles).
- Replace the current Captain Shadow skin piece option with a Random Skin one. So, you buy 1 piece for a random skinpiece character (i.e: Doctor Eggman, Server Silver, and those from previous periods).
Since there's more of a chance for you to get the skin if it just expired recently (you progress faster with 2 pieces rather than 1), it'd still keep an incentive to log in constantly, and try to get it as soon as possible before it's just in the pool of other skin piece characters.
