Sandbox Options: A bit underwhelming. Though it might've been my own expectations I was hoping we could set our very own settings in regards to the Space and Floor Amount (Plus possible the shape of the Plot) rather than go through pre-made settings. It feels rather limiting. I understand that performance will be impacted depending on the size of the Map, but tbh with a strong enough rig that might not be an issue? (Unless ofc the simulation would eventually run into problems).

A way to customize the Temperature and Background would be cool too instead of just prefixed enviroments. Let us choose the Area and weather seperated from each other rather than being bound together. After all it can be very cold in a Forest, or very hot too. A City Enviorment, Beach and Mountain Environment would be cool too. But I understand it takes time to create those as well.

It might also help if the Shape and Build able Space would be shown on a Minimap in the selector to better understand what we're actually changing (Like in older Buildering games from the early 2000s).

  • I like the new Background Picture xD Looks cozy.
  • Pillars are nice, so are the new fences. Altough It might be cool to have more Pillars that take the colour of surrounding walls, or that they can be wallpapered.
  • nInteresting that the larger Construction Trucks are now locked behind the Research Tab.

Speaking about the Research Tab:

  • The new layout is nice, altough a bit more confusing at first. I personally dislike the need to have certain guests check out to unlock certain levels. I do understand it is meant so I'm forced to have them, to build a larger hotel, but if I don't want to do that it would stop me from advancing. Plus on maps like NY I prefered to build certain rooms before building rooms for higher-tier customers simply so I can build higher without having dozens of floors empty. I think an option to change between the old and new Version would be good.

But I do like that rooms are now locked behind resarch rather than maps. (Unless that is still the case?)

  • the option to paint outside walls would be good, if we dislike the outdoor walls we should be able to change them in sandbox (Or change them via a menu)

  • If a map would be added to the Sandbox Size selection it might be good to have the existing maps as a reference point depending on the size we select
