Hi! Are you sure you have attracted sunbathers to your hotel? I can only see backpackers in your screenshot above. Also, to attract Brats, you need to reach 4 stars.

You need a room with at least 15 tiles size, a window, bathroom that is part of the room (no public bathroom) and a room value with at least 12.500$ room value to attract sunbathers.
There is also a pinned comment in the #general-hotel-chat channel that might help you.
You also can click on each room and you will see on the right side which guests are attracted by these rooms. There you also can see what stuff is missing to attract higher guest types by hovering the mouse over each guest type.
