Critic/Bellhop Bug

Critic is stuck in some weird loop. Her luggage is on the floor of Reception and she's continuously running about attempting to pick it up, resulting in a rather irritating game of soccer with the baggage. Selecting her displays the thought "Retrieving luggage after a bellhop blunder."

Problem is: I don't have a bellhop. Bellhop service is disabled for her booked room. She'll continue this ordeal until she eventually gets fed up and leaves the hotel, leaving me a zero-review. Second time in a row this has happened.

For the record, I'm an idiot and had the path to the Critic's room 'blocked' by a staff door rather than a regular door. While that's been resolved, it may still be worth looking into this 'bellhop bug' if a guest is unable to reach their room. Only way I was able to fix it (even after a game restart) was to research and hire a bellhop.

Additional note: reloaded an older save and fixed the path-access issue first by replacing the staff door in the stairwell with a regular door. The Critic retrieved her bag and proceeded to her room.
