So I've been trying again and again. My critic keeps leaving one star reviews... im at top teir. Im so confused everything else is like 3-4 stars and then i get this...

Just to check, you have the zones that would make your hotel 5 star as well? Gym, restaurant, bar and spa?

ahh I see the issue @abstract veldt, your rooms will need windows so if the critic stayed in a room without a window that would explain the rating!
If you click on a room and then look at the right hand side panel and hover over the guest types, you will see what the room is missing. Most likely you will need an en-suite too!
