I think signs that allow you to label things with custom text would be cool, being able to have signs for different rooms and such would make a lot of sense so guests know where to go.

I mean, guests know where to go from coding, path finding etc signs have no need for that. And would make it more complicated (spelling errors etc etc, unless there are set words associated with the guest path finding)
Id say they are more for us, visually and if they have a positive decorative affect then yeah theyre worth using and a feature id also like to see
