Idle workers messages not appearing in Santorini after they're done with work

I noticed the notification message in Gothenburg often, but I have never seen it in Santorini. I like to see the notification so that I know when they're done to save money on their hourly costs. A constant icon that appears next to the call workers button or mixed in with the current button to indicate idle workers would be nice too. Maybe "Zzz" text like when someone is sleepy?

Ok so you know whats faster than the messages anyways? Just go look at the truck. Are people standing around? They are done. I always see them gather before the messages
