After achieving a five-star rating in the Paris Hotel , all customers became unable to leave the hotel. New guests also stopped arriving, and the construction crew was trapped as well. It appears that all vehicles on the road are stuck, causing a complete traffic gridlock. Unfortunately, my save file was automatically overwritten upon earning the five-star rating. As a result, I cannot progress to Next map unless I restart the entire game.
Now all the customers have turned into ghosts. There are more than thirty angry ghosts scaring people in the hotel, but this bug still exists. It seems that I can only solve it by replaying the game 😂
