My first BT has been working fine for several months now but yesterday I was printing a multiple color print and I happened by the printer when lane 4 was unloading, the filament was unloaded ok but not spooled, it collected in the enclosure. I was able to wind the filament by hand and continued printing. Note the spool is about 75% full also the respool motor didn’t turn. I continued to watch and when lane 4 unloaded again same issue, but then it unloaded again it respooled ok. Not sure where to start to look software, hardware. Seems to be intermittent. Any thoughts?

I am assuming this is an LDO kit ? Or self-sourced ?

Most probably the n20 is starting to die, or the motor solder joints/crimp are spotty and it’s causing this « intermittent » behaviour, in any case I’d check that lane’s n20 if it were me, and replace it if I see it crapped out
