#Tight spooler wheel drives

Hey, I've almost got my build wrapped up, but I've been having a heck of a time getting the wheel drives on. They're very tight.

I think I could hammer them on, but I'm not sure I'd ever be able to take them off.

Is it supposed to be this tight? Would it be a bad idea to sand the wheel drives down?

you can ream them out with an 8mm reamer

#

they should not need to be hammered on

did you tune your filament for shrinkage?

I did with the cauliflower tuning cube, although it does seem like it would be the only thing that would cause this if it shouldn't be that tight.

I'll give this a go. Thanks!

Yes, sorry. It's been working well. Haven't had time to do the serial print yet, but have done a few multicolor prints. Drilling it out a bit worked well.
