Unable to startup the server | Pterodactyl® | Page 1

Hi,

Since recently after i updated my paper version to the 1.21.8 version, my server doesn't want to start anymore.

Can anybody help me with fixing this problem?
It gives me this (error) log, after i tried to start the server.:

Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.

@tawny stag; Appears you have installed wrong Docker version using snap or package manager. If that is the case, please reinstall it using the official documentation, which would install Docker-ce from their own site: https://pterodactyl.io/wings/1.0/installing.html#installing-docker

after installing docker as described in the documentation, it has not fixed the problem sadly, i still get the same error

Loki, could you help me maybe, i have installed docker with the documentation that the bot hs send me, but the bot stills says i have a wrong docker version usin snap of package manager. and i still get the same error

I don't use snap; I don't have a reference to hand you. You'll have to figure out how to uninstall the snap version before you install the normal version.
