For several days now, the control panel has been preventing the server from starting correctly. Every time I try to start it, a message appears in the console indicating errors such as:
“Server marked as offline”
“Detected server process in a crashed state”
“Exit code: 1”
“Failed pulling Docker container”
Problems with file permissions and reading the entry point
Automatic restarts that fail to complete
In addition to this, I've had difficulty creating the database, as the control panel simply won't allow it to be generated, displaying errors or leaving the function completely inactive.
I also found that the assigned Docker Image appears locked and cannot be modified, which prevents me from making the necessary configurations for the server to start correctly.
I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and checking the files, but the problems persist. Therefore, I believe it's necessary for the technical team to review the assigned container, the internal permissions, and the node configuration, as everything indicates that the failure stems from a system error and not from my files.
