Hi. I have a problem with my server. I wanted to upload a mod pack, but it requires additional folders in the server repository. I can't transfer these files either by uploading them through the website or via WinSCP. Because of this, my pack doesn't work. The pack is "Beyond Depth".

Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.

At the moment I transfer files in WinSCP, they appear, but after restarting the application, they disappear.

check the startup script the server uses if it deletes files
Folder uploads are indeed unsupported at this time but you can upload a zip or tgz and unarchive it afterwards

I noticed that I have the latest version installed. I suspect this is the cause. I will check it now and let you know.
