Unable to connect to servers that are hosted in Pterodactyl

The instances within pterodactyl can reach the internet I just cannot reach them. The panel and wings appear to work fine. I have other applications I am hosting with docker and they work fine (to potentially rule out it being anything with docker itself although it could be the pterodactyl network). I have tried a lot but to no success. It worked fine before, but I guess I somehow messed it up.

I'm not the most knowledgeable with Linux, so it likely could be something simple. I just am a bit ignorant.

I already read the docs and everything I really think I just somehow messed something up somewhere in my network. I just need some help to troubleshoot what exactly I messed up

What game and did you open all necessary ports for that server. And Is the server even running

Minecraft, all ports are open in firewalld, and the server is running.

It isn't it says timed out. I know for a fact the firewall allows the port and everything though.

well something is still blocking it if the server is running.

I believe it's something with the docker network, but even when I change the docker network it doesnt work so I don't know.
