Server cant resolve host

seems like the server has difficulties with ethernet or dns?

if I manually upload the server.jar to a vanilla minecraft server its starts and runs with no issues.

Check what IP the server has for outgoing and make sure its all set accordingly, check your netplan too just in case, I had a similar issue
