If I am using the official docker-compose, where do I resume in the docs?

Using the official docker-compose.yml for Panel:

While using this for further info about the docker-compose.yml:

I am a bit lost of where to continue, since I know I need to skip some parts of the installation, but not sure how much.

Do I continue off after "Database Setup" or something else?
