panel schedule problem

so the schedule is stuck on Processing i tried to remove the schedule and create same one and clicked on run now but same thing happened

on 22 March i added a new theme does that have anything to do with schedule?

Your symptoms suggest that pteroq isn't running, or is somehow broken.

Start by restarting pteroq and then making sure the service is running
