Pebbelhost has informed me that I just lost everything, is there any admins Im able to speak with about someone maliciously deleting my stuff and if their is anything we can do? (I was even given the IPs of the previous owner login in yesterday)

They use pterodactyl as their panel.

But its open source, and free to use.

#

So we cannot help you here, only they can.

damn, dude. so untimely i need a backup. pterodactyl doesnt store any of that?
LIke why would the creator go thru pterodactyl and not just use pebblehosts panel?

They control their own servers, that they run pterodactyl on.

I got thru them just for the hosting, so they have the actual servers i believe. The guy who made it just transfered everything to me and left. So i dont know why he didnt just use pebblehosts panel? Like the only way to see the console or even add and remove servers was thru yall

Yea they seem to use pterodactyl as their software. If you had access to their server, you could actually just copy over the current games running there, recreate the panel + daemon, recreate the gameservers, then copy the files back manually.

But since u dont have access.. and they dont have a backup.. i guess its lost.

Maybe ask pebble, if they can give you backups of the gameserver files?

Then you should be able to get the worlds back, with a diff provider, just a new IP.

I just asked if there was any type of recovery. bruh the guy who made the server sold everything to me and then I found out that the same dude logged into the account by looking at the IPs

oh no, the previous owner build everything and then when it was running smoothly he sold it to me. (without intructions) So i have the logins for everything and now own it all and am connected to pebbelhost.
