Is there a way to add notes to allocations when creating a server via api | Pterodactyl® | Page 1

I want to be able add Notes to the allocations as i deploy a server,

per the docs: https://dashflo.net/docs/api/pterodactyl/v1/#req_190b1006d60748abbeda37c7d407345a,
allocations are only added by allocation id, is there a way to add notes on that allocation when creating a server or do you need to edit the notes at the allocation level?
And if it needs to be edited at the allocation level, is there a way to EDIT an alloation via API? i can only find endpoints to list, create, and delete
