I've been using the website the entire time I haven't downloaded anything, if that's the answer you were looking for.

Fair enough. You can transfer files through the file manager page or SFTP.

Scripts, cars, and EUP are not panel-specific. It will be the same as if you weren't use Pterodactyl.
