So i have 1 question about:
I have 1 personal VPS - with an register ip address. So can pterodactyl can link that ip address but the host / storage were from another computer ( which using pterodactyl service )

So let me explain: I have 2 device ( 1 from VPS and another from my computer ) and my computer are using pterodactyl but have local IP ( cant not use ) - VPS Personal I bought it . Can Pterodactyl ( from my computer ) using IP from VPS ?

thats not how the internet works

you would only be able to use PERSONAL ip on PERSONAL and VPS ip on VPS
