#BungeeCord server config.yml file gets improperly formatted after scheduled pterodactyl restart task

I have a BungeeCord server setup that works perfectly fine when I upload my config.yml file to it. I can manually hit restart on the server as many times as I want and the proxy will still work and run correctly. However, when the BungeeCord server restarts automatically with the pterodactyl task I have setup, the config.yml file gets reformatted and the server errors out on startup. To get it working again I simply replace each MOTD with this and it runs fine (before the reformatting messes it up again): " &f&k--------&r &3&lWELCOME TO &4ME&2TA&fCO&0&4MET &f&k--------&r\n &6SKYWARS - &a1.8 to 1.20 &6- SURVIVAL"
