Need help with migrating GMOD server

What's up everyone, i'm out here seeking for help as i'm desperately attempting to migrate my server. The issue i'm encoutering is that, when I transfer the zip file of the backup in order to unzip it in my new server, the unzipping process is not working (I assumed that after waiting 24 hours - my backup is only 18.7 gigs). Then, when I try doing it manually, some shit happens : I transfered the garrysmod/addons, the gamemode folder and sv.db. When i launch, it appears that the collection files work but not those which are in the garrysmod/addons. That being said, pls help me or i'm gonna jump off my chair

Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.

also I checked and i can see that the Steam/userdata folder is close to being empty in the new server compared to my base server

maybe it could be that idk

also i'm doing the transfers thanks to sftp obviously

userdata didnt help
