#pinging server takes extremely long while ping is 1 ms (on local network)
10 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
what i currently think is happening:
client => local network => server physical ip ==== delay of 10 seconds ===> container isolated ip (once connected the ping is normal)
i also have a tunnel which i set up to directly to the container ip:
client => global network => container isolated ip
it takes less time to ping via the tunnel while it has a ping of 100 ms
the best way to fix this for me would be to just disable container ip isolation completely
idk if this is possible
(the other issues should be fixable by this guide though i just didn't have time yet) https://pterodactyl.io/community/games/minecraft.html#configuring-a-server-network-bungeecord-waterfall-hexacord-etc

what ip are you talking about when saying physical ip?
i'm talking about the local network ip: 192.168.0.186
the isolated ip is something like: 172.18.0.X
