As far as I know it's not. You would have to recreate every server. If you want to experiment, however, you could try importing specific sections of the database and then manually assigning the correct IDs to the node and servers you import. If you experiment with this make sure to fully backup your database first, as there is a good chance you'll accidentally break your panel.
