Is there any option to use an already existing and running server to use on the Pterodactyl panel?

Depends on the server, but something like a minecraft server you can zip up - install a minecraft server on the panel, then upload the zipped server and extract it and that will effectively move the running server onto the panel.

It says Linux, but I'm running my Pterodactyl on a windows machine. Do you know if this is an issue?
