#How do i remove my nodes?
44 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Did you delete all servers on the node?
Yes and I removed the node from the panel but when I make another it says the ports are already in use
Sounds like you never stopped wings
I did a restart
And is wings running ? Did you actually check systemctl status ?
Yes everything is running
screen shot sudo systemctl status wings.service
if everything is running then you don't need to be trying to start wings a second time
I just want to remove all nodes listed so when i create a new node the order starts back at 1
this is all after fresh OS install and panel and wings install
It won't start at 1. Its cause of the previous node installing it knows how many previously.
but look what i just said
fresh OS install and panel and wings install Fresh
just now
sudo wings spits out that and systemctl status wings.service spit out the ss before
i just do not understand what i am doing wrong
fresh OS install should've deleted all pterodactyl files and fresh wings install should have nothing using the ports
did not work same error with bind address @urban cosmos
And what did the FIRST one look like.
@urban cosmos sorry for late response but i tried the first command and my node is still offline
I have found the following for: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1052284012292472892/1053357118427762688/Screen_Shot_2022-12-16_at_12.03.22_PM.png
Not good, @nimble sapphire! The host you're trying to reach might be invalid or its firewall is blocking your connection attempts gracefully.
If you believe the host to be correct and have checked it with dig or https://dnschecker.org/, it means your DNS might be experiencing issues. You can try to ping a different domain, such as Google and if it resolves the issue is not with your DNS and rather with the host you are trying to reach.
ping google.com
this time im using just ip address and i've installed the wings but they refuse to go to the green heart
do you have UFW enabled?
yes
sudo ufw status
