I disagree. I don't mind the supply/personnel cost, and I like that it offers an interesting choice of "cheap quantity vs expensive quality" and not just "cheap vs expensive".
(And, y'know, these 2 spots are part of the cost.)
Especially when it comes to Veteran Guards - the difference between regular Guards and Vets is like night and day.
They'd be way too powerful if they only used up 1 unit cost. The way it is now seems relatively balanced.
I played with them, and the drillers/ carriers are basicly 3 times more expensive in resource, 2 times expensive on prsonelk cost yet they are only twoce as power full only, so ...
yeah...
im not saying they should be the same price as regulars,
im saying they need o either adjust the price of them to be cheaper or to increase they speed / power / damage
