Roughly 10 minutes in when acquiring the MeowWow spirit in a forced tutorial, Azahar tries to open a photo gallery viewer app on the one x sugar android handheld. Going back to the game is just a black screen. At one point I was able to try relaunching Azahar and resume the game, but the 'Loading game' message popup shows up and never goes away.
I think the scene in the game is related to the AR cards the 3ds used.

Then I'm gussing simply doing the system files setup will fix this, go to the optinos tab, then tap system files, then open artic setup tool on your 3DS, start the server, and input the given address to Azahar
