I've been having this happen with the games I've emulated where it'll run at smoothly then will stop for a second then go back running smooth. This has happen all the games I've downloaded so far (Pokemon X and Ultra-Sun, Kirby Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot), this also happens in cutscenes as well mainly Kirby. I'll say my laptop is old like 2016 old so it could be that but, that line up. I plan on trying the Monster Hunter games plus Hyrule Warriors Legends so I'd like to find the problem before that.

You don't download anything besides Azahar. You have to own a 3ds and the games you want to play. Acquiring the games any other way breaks #rules 1 and is illegal in most countries.
