My modded 2ds broke a couple of months ago, but i still have the SD card. Is there anyway to still dump the eShop games i have on there (assuming that's where the games are stored) that or be able to transfer them to a new console

if not i might just see if i can get it repaired

You cannot really dump them from the SD alone, not unless you have a NAND backup and are more willing to manually go through the files I think

i think it's more of a battery issue with the 2ds so i MIGHT be able to fix it
