I'm trying to play Pokemon with a friend and every time they open their emulator it just doesn't respond. We've gone through all possible steps to fix it but it wont work. He's installed windows c++, his drivers are up to date and he deleted and reinstalled it. Is there something we missed or can he just not use it? Also I did check if his laptop is compatible and it is. It's a 2 year old Accer Nitro.
