can you show a SS with the path of the mod where you placed it?

can you start Majoras Mask and then upload the log here
maybe its just not patching the mod on the game for some reason

And make sure you generate the modfiles for the correct Majoras Mask Version
You can change between 1.0 and 1.1 in the randomizer application
