I'm getting a lot of blur at certain points playing Ever Oasis.
So far its happened during character select and at a certain in-game time.

i hate this too. citra and subsequently azahar has issue with blooms effect on 3ds, i suspect this is the case. we can technically fix this by disabling bloom with cheat codes but we dont have a person that is smart and care enough about Ever Oasis to fix it

Maybe future 3ds emulation will fix it.
