I was playing ultra moon in Lime 3ds and got stuck where Hau asks to tap the rotom dex to activate roto loto.
When I first started the game it was allowing me to tap the dex but after I closed the game and load my save game, i am not able to interact with the rotom dex and neither any kind of touch working for the 2nd screen. I even tried to swap screen but its still not working.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this or is there any work arounds?

Use Citra MMJ It works for me just copy the Nand Folder to Citra

Ya it kinda shows emotions in USUM
And that glowing eye is just part of Roto Loto feature
