and there's also tutorial on youtube, i personally just use the citra tutorial since its almost the same on lime3DS

Rule 1: Piracy, you can't discuss Downloading Firmware or Roms. You must dump them from an actual Console.

you don't have a way to legitimately get them, doesn't matter if you had a 3DS before it broke or not, you would be getting Files from another System you don't personally own so it's piracy.

I don't have a 3DS anymore, I sold it years ago when I bought a Xbox Series S, or when I bought my first Switch Lite honestly forgot when. But, I had all of my dumps backed up to a external drive.

If you have the sd card from yours you can use movable moveover to migrate the contents on a new 3ds

Dump "aes_keys.txt" and "seeddb.bin" from your 3DS console, put the files in to the "sysdata" folder in your Lime3DS or Citra folder. Reboot the emulator, go into the settings, and Download the System Files for your region.
