my friend is trying to load roms: Pokemon Ultra Sun, and normal Pokemon Sun. I tried the same rom download on my laptop, and it ran, but for him it would freeze/black screen? He says he runs lime3ds on a external harddrive, and that he hasn't had issues running things from there before, but trying to load Pokemon Ultra Sun doesn't seem to work.
