Add ability to convert weapon type for more easer class transitions.
it is strange that you can easly switch class, but not weapon.
Expectations:
- Conversion coupon can be bought in the shop with diamonds
- Conversion must preserve current weapon enchanting level and durability
- Conversion only works in the same tier e.g. thorium -> thorium, inf 1- > inf 1
- If weapon has multiple choises (e.g. thorium swords) user can switch to any weapon subtype
