I lost my entire progress during the last 3 days. I closed the notebook without leaving the game. During this time I played using the App in my smartphone.
Moments ago I opened the notebook to let the char farming, but it override my saving. It says "you were offline 2 days and 9 hours". But I last played this game a couple hours ago.
This is very frustrating

If you don't log out, the game can't save properly. This is a very common thing in video games
The game prioritizes the local save when logged in and cannot read the cloud save when in-game.
If you go to your mobile version without logging off on your PC, play on the mobile version, then exit the game on PC. Play the mobile version for a few minutes, then properly close that version. When going back on PC, manually log out and back into your in-game account and it should sync to your mobile version.
