Hi, I’ve been facing an issue where the emotion tags are being read aloud instead of applied (happening with S1 and other models too). I’ve already emailed but haven’t received any response. Since I’m on a premium package, it feels wasted unless this gets fixed. Please look into this or process a refund.”

hey! we are actively looking into this and improving our models, in the main time you can try to generate in shorter chunks for the emotion tags to work better

Hey we are working on our next model which should help with this! There is no easy fix without training the model

I also noticed in the GUI just now that there is an issue where an extra closing ) is added... not a guarantee, but are you sure the API isn't accidentally generating a duplicate ) and throwing the whole thing off?
