When I create a new project and save it in a certain folder all audio tracks I record are stored in the parent folder for some reason. Here's an example of what I mean:
- Create new project and save it as
~/Bitwig Studio/Projects/Covers/Songname/Songname.bwproject. - Record a single audio file.
- The resulting WAV file is then stored in
~/Bitwig Studio/Projects/Covers/recordings/Audio 1-1.wav.
I would expect that Bitwig creates the subfolders recordings , auto-backup, and bounce in the corresponding project folder and not in its parent.
I now have the problem that all projects living in the Covers folder share the same recordings directory and it is impossible to move them to a different place because of that dependency. How can I tell Bitwig to use the actual project folder? That's the only annoying thing I found in Bitwig since I started using it some years ago.
