Out of interest, whats the need for retopology if youre just going to be printing it? Wouldnt it make more sense to cut it up and run it through something like zbrush to get rid of bad geo?
Note - the modelling side i completely get, but the printing is an unknown to me, so I could be talking shit...

It's not necessarily because of bad geometry, the model from the game is just quite low quality (for a print) There's also some details that are just textures or displacement map so they aren't actually present on the model (like the screws or that octogonal shape in the middle)
It made sense to me to just start over but there was probably a more efficient way to do this lol

Knees are done and printed, so are the chest ammo box and the radio (?) that goes on the abdomen. Chest is currently printing
