Use the "recent colors" to copy exact palette to other parts for consistency cause the camp lighting will make your upper torso appear different to your eye

Also my system isn't that high end, it's mid for today's standards, but to answer your question; not really. Reshade and ReFramework does all the heavy lifting to push the image to that quality. I don't even have the High Quality texture pack for those, the game just looks gorgeous alone. The extra stuff just enhances it
