Settings profiles are bugged

Noticed the Settings profiles are no longer saving settings data to the profile or across RuneLite restarts.

I deleted all my settings profiles in the suggested settings of the copilot plugin and restarted runelite. I created my main's suggested trading profile, F2P on 8hr settings (below). After saving, the settings immediately don't work, instead electing to set the session and app at P2P at 5 minutes (below). This issue also persisted after restarting both RuneLite and my computer, and uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin.

Users need to keep an eye out if they are using this feature as it will likely cause significant losses if users are expecting it to trade on the settings they set up.

This is an intentional change. We have have gone back and forth a bit on the behaviour of persisting the 'sell-only', 'f2p-only' and timeframe settings. It has caused confusion and issues for some users whenever they are persisted. Though this has possibly been exacerbated by related bugs during some cases.

Anyway, after the latest update the timeframe and f2p-only mode are not persisted so you need to set them on each client restart.

I am still open to changing this behaviour back but at the minute I am unsure what the optimal really is. @boreal cedar do you have any thoughts here?
