#Lingxi crafting buff not applying + Blessed Reagent seemingly not giving correct buff

As per the title, I've found two issues, each shown via a screencap :

  • Lingxi supposedly gives "+1 pill per action", but I'm still limited to 1 item/action... Unless I'm misunderstanding what "+1 pill per action" means?
  • Blessed Reagent gives +8% to Action Success Chance, but while it seems to be applying correctly to Explosive Refinement, Explosive Fusion is only bumped to 57%.
